Director of Human Capital Resources
Jim Dean

Jim has helped clients with complex estates address the difficult questions surrounding how much to leave, both for heirs and causes close to their heart. He has also advised clients about establishing and managing all facets of running charitable organizations and private charitable foundations.

In his role as a personal advisor and Certified Halftime Coach, he helps clients in transition get clarity about purpose, and work through their questions about what’s next in their lives. He also focuses on helping couples address the challenge of pursuing their own life purpose, while supporting and encouraging their spouse to also pursue their life purpose.

Jim’s background has prepared him to coach others about the legacy they want to leave. This includes not only the financial resources they want to pass on, but also their wisdom and experience. The objective is an impactful, life-giving legacy for those following in their footsteps.

For over 10 years, he co-hosted a live radio show on personal finance and has appeared on numerous nationally syndicated radio programs, including the Moody Broadcasting Network, and the Larry Burkett radio show on personal finance.

Jim is a member of Kingdom Advisors, a national community of financial professionals integrating their faith with their practice. He joined the organization in 2003 as it was being launched, and has served as a mentor/coach to younger financial professionals.

Jim began his career as a CPA. He has a bachelor’s in History and a master’s in Accounting from The University of Alabama.
