Rob is an experienced estate planning attorney who joined Trustee Services Group after a decade in private practice and eight years in legal publishing. Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to TSG, and his background gives him unique insight into the management of trusts that helps him put the needs of trust beneficiaries first. He shares TSG’s desire to get to know clients well in order to best serve their individual needs and tailor plans to their specific circumstances.

Throughout his legal career, Rob has been recognized as a leader in his field, with numerous continuing legal education engagements and presentations at the local, state, and national level.

Rob’s experience in private practice focused on trust and estate matters, particularly estate planning for wealthy clients and business owners. He also has extensive experience with trust and estate administration, including large taxable estates and court supervised trusts and estates.

Prior to joining Trustee Services Group, Rob led and managed a national team of experienced estate planning attorneys as Director of the Trusts and Estates service at Thomson Reuters Practical Law. He took the lead on strategic direction and business planning, and helped grow Practical Law Trusts & Estates into a premium legal product for estate planning attorneys.

Rob lives in the Denver area with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, gardening, coaching soccer, and spending time with his family.

He received his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, and his Law degree from Hamline University School of Law.
