About Trustee Services Group

TSG was founded in 2009 with the mission to provide families and their professional advisory team a responsive, customized and collaborative “open architecture” model for Trustee services. Because TSG intentionally does not manage wealth but instead partners with the client’s chosen wealth advisor, TSG can better focus its services upon helping families and trust beneficiaries successfully navigate the various complexities of generational wealth. Although family legacy / dynasty trusts are a specialty, TSG serves as Trustee on all types of trusts including charitable trusts and life insurance trusts.

Estate Services Group (ESG) is a specialized division of Trustee Services Group that provides estate fiduciary services while serving as Executor/Personal Representative (Will), Successor Trustee (Revocable Living Trust) or Financial Durable Power of Attorney. Because the responsibilities of settling an estate are largely administrative and have little connection to estate value, ESG charges for their time while serving as estate fiduciary, as opposed to assessing a percentage fee against the estate. As many have found, the larger the estate the more cost-effective ESG services become.
