Madison serves as the Operations Administrative Assistant at Trustee Services Group. Prior to joining our team, she spent four years as the Operations Manager at a digital marketing agency, where she helped optimize internal processes, develop strong remote team dynamics through hiring, onboarding, and training, and grow the organization from a one-person operation to a team of nine or more.

With a background in executive assistance and operations, Madison has developed extensive experience in supporting small business growth—expertise she now applies at TSG to help build and refine our operational procedures.

She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Madison enjoys running, hosting elaborate parties, and connecting with her Bible study group. She earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
